Yes, wheelchair users are very welcome at ENTR. There are a few things to keep in mind, though. During the VR experience you're fully immersed in the virtual world, which means it's not possible to bring along a companion who can assist you in the space while the experience is running. So you do need to be able to complete the experience independently. In addition, due to the layout of the space and the VR sensors, electric wheelchairs and extra-wide wheelchairs unfortunately cannot be used during the experience. Not to worry though: we have a loaner wheelchair available that does work for the experience.

Yes, lockers are available for personal belongings and are included in your ticket.

Yes, the ENTR Café offers coffee, drinks and snacks.

The VR experience at ENTR is suitable for visitors aged 8 and up. The VR headset may be less comfortable for younger visitors, which is why we have a minimum age of 8. We recommend that children under 12 experience the VR experience under the supervision of an adult. Schools, families, and groups regularly visit ENTR to experience history together in an interactive way.

No animals are allowed inside the venue.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

No, we don't offer a companion card. This is because everyone wears their own VR headset during the experience and needs to be able to take part independently, so a companion can't play a role during the visit.

No strobe lighting is used in this experience.

Yes, restrooms are available at the venue. Please note: There is no disabled toilet available.

Yes, visitors are allowed to take photos and videos during their visit.

For the best experience, we recommend wearing contact lenses if possible. Multifocal glasses may be less comfortable when used inside the VR headset. Our team will help you properly adjust the headset on site.
